The Opportunity Are you a technician, service engineer, or mechanical graduate who is ready to put down the heavy tools and step into a commercial role? We are looking for a Technical Service & Sales Specialist to join the Blacktown team. It’s about using your technical brain to solve customer problems. You will spend 80% of your time providing expert technical support and 20% on the road building relationships and developing sales. Your New Daily Routine: Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the "go-to" for technical issues, helping customers find the right solutions. Relationship Building: Check in with existing clients to ensure their equipment is running perfectly and identify upselling opportunities. Field Engagement: Visit customers across NSW (and occasionally interstate) to demonstrate product functionality. Industry Presence: Attend trade shows and events to showcase the brand. Support & Sales: Work closely with the internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales support and account management. To be successful, you will need: A Solid Technical Foundation: Experience in a service, technician, or field-based role is essential.
